At Thread & Nest Co, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Intimates and undergarments
  • Jewelry
  • Beauty products
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at threadandnestco@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund when applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the eligible item for a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
